Homogeneous flooring(Also known as hospital vinyl flooring) is often used in hospitals because of its durability, hygiene and ease of maintenance. The following are some of the main applications for homogeneous flooring in hospitals: Wards, work areas and corridors: The durability and abrasion resistance of homogeneous flooring makes it suitable for high-traffic areas such as corridors and aisles. Its seamless installation provides a smooth and easy to clean surface. Laboratories and operating theatres: Hygiene is critical in operating theatres, and homogeneous flooring with heat-welded seams helps create a seamless hygienic environment. The smooth surface allows thorough cleaning and reduces the risk of microbial growth. In laboratory environments, where chemical resistance and cleanliness are critical, homogeneous flooring is often chosen. Diagnostic imaging rooms: able to withstand the weight and movement of heavy medical equipment
The fireproof grade reaches B1. It has high flame retardant property and can effectively stop the spread of flame.
Homogeneous flooring adopts a single structure, improves the thickness of the wear-resistant layer, and adopts a reasonable friction coefficient to skillfully disperse walking pressure and shock absorption.
The homogeneous floor surface layer adopts PUR technology, which has good anti-fouling and waterproofing performance and can reduce the frequency of daily maintenance such as waxing and cleaning, and reduce the cost of regular maintenance.

Homogeneous flooring (also known as hospital vinyl flooring), can be used in operating theatres, hospital halls, wards, CT rooms, hospital offices and other rooms.
Before the installation of Homogeneous flooring will be laid flat for 1 day so that the PVC floor is fully adapted to the environment.
01. Check whether the floor is level or not. If it is not level, you need to do self-leveling.
02. Clean the floor and apply the glue. Then use the equipment to blow the floor for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive glue reaches the highest viscosity.
03. Lay the homogeneous flooring in order, and cut off the overlapping excess.
04. Use the machine to cut the groove between the homogeneous flooring, so that it is easy to weld the wires into the center seam.
05. Use the machine to embed the welding wires into the groove and cut off the excess welding wires. Make the homogeneous flooring seamless.
Clean the floor from excess waste homogeneous flooring.
Roll with kraft paper ourside. Pallets are necessary for LCL.
Customization is welcomed.
